If you want to lose literal inches off of your waistline that won’t come back to haunt you as you hide comfortably and seamlessly under your clothing. If you want to finally lose that bumpy and lumpy look in your profile that stops you from wearing tight clothing and two piece swimsuits.
If you are looking to close the gap in your abdominal muscles that can commonly occur due to pregnancy, improper exercise, weakened abdominal muscles, hard labors and c-sections, and minimize the risk for hernias and other problems, as well as the dismaying cosmetic effects of diastasis recti..you want to buy the Squeem.
6 and 1/2 years ago at nearly 35 years of age, I never thought my body would recover from babies number 4 and number 5. TWINS! 11 lbs. worth of baby was my body’s ultimate challenge. I know had I not developed a diastasis recti, looked it up and found out what I needed to do about it to try and fight against future surgery, I’d still have a big jelly belly pouch jiggling around in my mid-section today. Buying my Squeem was the best money I ever spent aside from hospital deductibles for having given birth to my children 😀 .
It is not at all vain to want to look the way you used to before you had children, or just to look more like you did when you were younger, or simply better in general. It’s not vain to wait to feel good about what you see in the mirror every morning, whether you are a female or a male.
Quick & common questions answered
(I get these a lot so I am doing a round 2..hoping it helps out.)
1. How long will I have to wear my Squeem garment to see results?
This will likely vary from person to person. It may take a week of dedicated binding for some, a few weeks for others, or even a few months to achieve your most desired, permanent effects based on your current size, body type, etc. But you WILL get results and will look terrific as you are slimming down through your clothing.
2. Will the results last after I stop binding?
That’s the point! YES! You should NOT get discouraged if you notice that after taking off your binder that your belly slowly pops back out again. Over time this will happen less and less and finally you will know you are done when your belly stays flattened without any further need for binding. No more popping out again.
So mine at first did pop back out after binding, and I wasn’t sure if that was going to ever go away..away, but it most certainly did. Through time it popped out less and less and then not at all. It’s a process. When it was ‘done’ and I could not get any better of a result, that is when I stopped. Actually, I gave it 3 extra weeks to be 200% certain! It was comfortable enough to wear that it wasn’t like, ”Oh God, I want to stop this so bad.” Not at all. ( I was 34 then & I am 41 now. Look below!)
3. How long did I wear my Squeem every day, and what model of Squeem did I use?
I used the Perfect Waist model and I bound for 12 weeks in total. About 12-14 hrs. a day to start because I was really wanting results and enjoying not staring at my mid section every second of the day. I even slept in mine. After 9 weeks my belly was flattened without any re-occurrence, however, as stated above, I gave it till week 12 to make sure everything was DONE DONE!
BTW- 6.5 years post twins my diastasis is still gone away! The only time I don’t have a totally flat belly is because of my IBS with constipation, which is severe, but has been a life-long issue. Trust me, the results STAY!!!
If you are looking to have future children, or even if you for the future want something to wear for an occasional bloat day..keep your Squeem around. It’s your body’s best friend!
4. How many hours a day can I/ should I wear my Squeem?
The recommendation may say 8-10 hours for daily wear, but I found that 12-14 hours per day was best for me at first. Sleeping being some of those hours. Then I weaned down to the 8-10 hours a day. You need to let your body breathe a bit, but I was very determined so I up-ed the ante and was totally comfortable.. so 14 hours was NOT at all difficult for me. I still had at least 8 hrs. a day of breathing. I am sure for many 8-10 hrs. is quite sufficient. Just know nothing bad happens if you go above should you choose to.
5. Which product do you recommend? I see several items on your order page.
I recommend the Perfect Waist or Miracle Vest for women who are looking for serious belly binding results. The fashion cincher is more of a lingerie piece and doesn’t have the special cotton/rubber blend that makes the Squeem power so ‘magical’. It’s more for bedroom wear. The other two are my best sellers. You won’t go wrong with either of those.
For men, I recommend the CORE-1. It’s the male version of the Perfect Waist garment. It is the top seller for men. The Power Vest is also highly effective and is popular also, just not AS much so. You can purchase either at Twinpossible’s Closet. Check out the order page for the men’s size chart for both the male garments, also.
6. What is the difference between the Perfect Waist & Miracle Vest?
I had only seen the Perfect Waist when I was shopping for a binder, but they also have a vest model. What is the difference? One has straps and supports the bosom, which some women like. If you are top heavy, breastfeeding..you may opt for the vest model to get some support for the bust, which in turn helps give some extra support for the back area as well.
If ‘bat wings’ are a serious concern for you underneath clothing, like where your bra is, and that bothers you a lot, the vest model hides those quite well if that’s a problem area for you. They both have the same rubber/cotton blend material, and both will get the job done. It’s all up to personal preference in all honesty. If you have posture issues, back problems, the vest model is great for that, as I have since tested it out. That model is very comfortable too! It’s what you decide based on your body and what is written here, and just what you want. With either you cannot go wrong. I do not know much about the Diva Fit collection as of yet. I just got one to test out, but all I know is that they do seem to run one size SMALLER than Squeem, so going up is safe, should you wish to buy one of those.

7. Help with sizing.
I answer emails every day. It’s REALLY hard to keep up with the time needing to answer all of these emails vs. my job here at home. it’s easiest for me to do this, as I am super busy, but if you totally need help, I will continue to do my very best to help you out. When in doubt..do go up a size. The size chart has just been updated recently, but in my personal opinion it was better as it was below. I have personal experience, hence why I say this.
I can only afford the time of my customers, as I have been very busy fighting to provide for my family, while my husband is out of work, working here at home, so please only ask questions if you are to be a customer of Twinpossible. Read on as to why you should choose us over the others. If not, please use this page as a guide. Thank you kindly.

Due to the material and two rows of adjusters if you are on the late end of any particular size and go up and you won’t ever regret it. I wore XS clothing and fit into a SM garment. It seems to be quite often that it’s one size above your clothing size measurement. Not your pregnancy one. Your normal one. IF you have your waist measurement it is a great indicator for sizing, but if stuck on sizing and teetering on the brink..do go up. I have never heard of a garment being too loose only the opposite.
If in serious doubt you can still email me, but hopefully this will help many. The XS garment is quite tiny. IF you are not AT MOST, MOST, MOST 27 inches at the waistline RIGHT AT THE TIME OF WEAR, do NOT buy it! Squeem has even revised their size chart, but since I have an XS and a small and I have put both on and worn both, I know for fact that what is true is true.. and NO PP woman is 27 inches right off the bat, no matter where she started, and the small got me back down to 26 inches, where I was prior, on the second row of adjusters, and yes, the XS fits at that point, but PLEASE if in doubt or buying for immediate postpartum use, size up to a small. If you wanna go above and beyond afterwards you can. Multiple purchases at different times, I always give a discount if contacted prior! Also, the Trimmer, now called (CORE-1 & Power Vest) are for men, so ladies..do not order that one unless it’s for your hubby.
8. If I am pregnant how do I know what size I will be?
It’s tricky! Don’t simply go by your former waist measurement in all cases. Think about other things as well. Go by your former clothing size, waist measurement, and how much weight you have gained to date, and if it’s twins you may want to round up as you likely will have more of a postpartum pouch to content with. Also, a c-section can cause for some added bloat which is more likely with multiples.
If you gained a lot of weight and/or a lot of added girth you can try one size above what your pre-partum measurement may tell you. If your are say on your 1st baby gaining a normal amount of weight and girth, you will most likely be suited fine in your former size. If you are in total doubt and need to email me this info. I will help as best I can. You can send prior & current weight/height as well as any other info. you can. I also have a list of other questions I will send you if I need more answers when in doubt. I’m not God, but I do have an awesome track record over the years and have helped thousands. My time is precious though, and I work hard while my kids are at school and during my early morning hours. I can only answer questions from women planning on buying direct through Twinpossible, long-time authorized re-seller for Squeem. Call to ask if you wish :).
You can choose to wait until the postpartum period, if you wish. The little bit of extra time won’t hurt you if you wait. (That few extra days or weeks even.) Going up to one size above your prepartum clothing size seems to work best for most. The Squeem garments can size down on the second row if and when needed. The magical material does shrink down with you, so there is some room for error. Too tight of a garment can not be made larger, but it does have shrink-down-ability, as my small still fits nice and snug. It is rare that anybody need to buy a second Squeem down the line. It most always, and quite unusually, fits for the duration, as I have shown with my own. If you choose to waist train further down or find you have lost soo many inches and so much weight you need another, I have never heard any complaints about that!
WHY BUY FROM TWINPOSSIBLE? Here you get a 1,000% assured authentic garment, straight from the company’s hands into my hands, into your hands same day, via 2-3 day Priority Mail.I place orders with Squeem 2-3 times per week so you get hot of the presses garments with up to date packaging, and NO lying around or leftover stock. Nothing ever opened, tried on, dusty, old boxed, etc. As close to buying from the Squeem company as is ABSOLUTELY possible! NOBODY ELSE CAN SAY THIS or does this because it costs me more money (I pay extra shipping charges by doing this, that you do not pay) and it takes more of my time to do things like this, but it is what I would want for myself, and how I roll. I do this to help women that were in my same position, much mre so than for the money! I sing Squeem’s praises because the results cannot be denied!!! I was once petrified myself. I know how that feels.
You never need to worry about what you are getting here!
8-9 lbs. heavier over the past 6.5 years post twins, but at 41 years old (not uncommon to gain a bit), Squeem’s results still last & diastasis NEVER returned!
9. Does it matter when I start binding?
No. You could have had a baby 2 years ago, or if you have never had a child before. Obviously, men have not. There is nothing about being immediately postpartum that will make binding any less or more effective. It’s usually purchased (when known about) ASAP by a pregnant or newly postpartum woman because they wish to feel like they are on the road to their postpartum recovery ASAP, as was in my case. But binding is effective months and years later, as shown above.
As we age we get more belly and thigh fat (sadly) so at 41, approx. 8 lbs. up post twins, I obtained a Diva Fit exercise binder to test out. (For sale at Twinpossible’s Closet.) I haven’t exercised in a long while, but will do a review once I get more info. about the product. I got back to this with the Perfect Waist 6.5 years ago. NOOOO diastasis recti ever returned! Saved me surgery. You can’t put a price on that!) I plan on doing a fitness channel for DR sufferers, women over 40 and moms in general. Subscribe to Twinpossible Fitness on YT & get ready to have someone on your side, going along with you! I’ll have more time now that the kids are back in school, so no vids yet, but they will be coming up, one per week!
Binding has been around for centuries. Now it’s finally made to be effective YET comfortable. It used to be quite the contrary.
Ick! I think we would all agree that this is no longer attractive. Nor could it possibly be comfortable and healthy.
10. Can I use the Squeem after a c-section?
YES! It’s a c-section friendly garment. Trust me, no woman wants an itchy, abrasive velcro wrap that rides up and down near their healing incision. This garment stays in place, does not ride up or down and does not feature any abrasive materials. Everything is comfortable and like liquid skin I like to call it.
It will help support lax skin and help draw your abdominals back together as your incision is healing, helping you recuperate much more comfortably and heal split and/or cut muscles as you do. I really do believe it helps with the lax skin to. I recommend Palmer’s Tummy Butter on lax skin along with binding for a double threat. It was my savior combination.
11. Do you ship Squeem Internationally?
Yes, but it is expensive. Canada ranges between $20-$26 so we have made it a flat rate of $22 which is good, but other countries can expect a higher number. Some substantially higher. Only if you are truly willing to pay the cost and are making a serious inquiry should you contact me please via email. There are no handling fees involved. You get charged exact cost to your country.
If very serious, please send me your exact FULL address and I will find out the precise shipping costs to your country. Your parcel is shipped safely and reliably, but again..international shipping via their secure method is pricey. I know I would have paid 50 x’s over what I spent for the results that I got, but I digress. PLEASE only serious inquiries only, as outside of Canada I do have to take time out to call them manually and have them look into it and get back to me.
12. How do I save $ right now on my order?
Go to the order page at Twinpossible’s Closet only (the code does not work on the old belly binder page here), and put your order in the online shopping cart, and when you are checking out you will see a place to put in a coupon code. Type in FALL into that box and your discount will be applied to your order. It’s easy as 1-2-3!
Expires October 25th at 12pm. EST.
(Makes a fab gift for that mom 2 be that you know & love. Coupon code again is FALL)
I hope that helps answers many questions for you!
