Another Twin Mom Kills Her Newborn Infants. What The Heck Is Wrong With The World?

I was disgusted last night when I read yet another headline about twin babies being born and their lives cut short because of their own mother. Several months back there was a story like this, and at first I thought I was reading about the same case, but sadly..I was not.

 

Another mom hid her pregnancy from those around her, and at 22, we aren’t talking about a 14 year old here people, snuffed the life (exact details are not released as of yet) out of her two baby girls. They are believed to have been born alive, and they will easily be able to tell that by any air in the lungs if not done so already. It is speculated, so something must be known.

 

I can’t begin to imagine what is going through the mind of somebody when they for some reason decide to steal the life of one helpless infant, but then also go and do it to a second. What is going on there? I can’t even begin to fathom it! I had two small children by that age, that is not a baby, why couldn’t she have thought like the adult that she was, and given those beautiful girls to somebody who could love and care for them, if that person was not her? Why does it have to end in such a tragic way.

 

I won’t get into the safe haven law in that state or the fact that a billion people on the planet are dying to adopt, but just what is going on in the mind of a killer, who’s also a mother? What would ever make her think that this was the best solution for anybody? Even though I personally wouldn’t have an abortion, it was an option for her. There were several options. It’s just unbelievable.

 

Jackie Burkle, 22, of Huxley, Iowa admitted to giving birth to the twin girls, deliberately killing them, and placing them in the trunk of a car. She’s being held on $500,000 bail per murder count, which means for 1 million dollars. This lady isn’t going anywhere, thank God!  She further stated that at no point in the pregnancy did she intend to let the children live. She had planned their death all along. How sickening is that statement? Someone needs to snuff the life out of this witch!

A co-worker noticed that she had appeared pregnant one day, and then the 2 days later, she did not appear pregnant at all. This person alerted police, which was a damn smart thing to do considering how many people turn a blind eye in this world today. This action I completely applaud.

 

There are some people talking about ‘free will’. I posted about this last night and dare someone mention to me it’s free will to kill your child if you want to. Are they MAD? It’s a inhumane crime! That is not an example of free will, it’s an example of a henious felony, that’s what it is. People who make such comments, I’d worry for their own children.

 

‘If you can kill a child inside of your womb, how come you can’t kill it outside of the womb?’ Other ignorant people will try and use this argument. Clearly they aren’t mothers themselves. Well the abortion issue will always be up for debate, but what a dumb thing to say regardless. Who delivers a child and says, ‘I think I’ll go and kill her now?’ You do that, you go to jail. It’s NOT legal, it’s not moral, and to some of us abortion isn’t moral either, but it certainly is a better option then this. Why is this?

 

Our country says that abortion is legal. Whether us pro-lifers believe that is right or not is not the point, it just is legal. Again, personally I am NOT for it, except in certain unbelievable circumstances I won’t get into here, but case in point, she had the legal option to do this early on if she desired to. Instead she carries these babies for how many months planning all of the while to murder them upon their birth. Usually, an abortion is done by a scared young lady who feels like she has no choice, and she does it as early as possible without any true malice, but with a heavy heart unlike this ‘person’.

 

USUALLY, not always, but usually, a person contemplating or having an abortion is very distraught by the decision she is feeling she must make. Not waiting for the baby to come and looking that infant in the eyes and saying, ‘Ok, now I’ll just kill you and stuff you into the trunk of a car.’ No, no, no.

 

I just can’t see how anyone can argue any comparison there. There isn’t one. I don’t like thinking about either one, but let’s just say she had options, including the best one..adoption, yet murdered these babies in cold blood. Go to jail, do not collect $200…case closed!

 

As a twin mom now, these cases completely chill me to the bone. There just are no acceptable excuses.

**Disclaimer: I just want to add I am personally against abortion, however, I could accept somebody for having to make that awful choice early in their pregnancy and befriend them. But I could never befriend someone who carried their child or children for the pregnancy, killed them in cold blood, and stuck their bodies uncaringly into the back of a car trunk. Some may not see the difference there, but me..I surely do. Just my personal opinion, which every one is entitled to.**
